I did not post yesterday because I was not well my breathing was bad and at one stage thought I would have to phone for an ambulance is this the new normal for me where I have good days and bad days I think what I need to do is not panic when my breathing is bad because it only make matter worse
they are in the land of make believe if they think and one would believe I have done this to my self that is why they have not stopped never mind the yellow stuff that will give them away because if it were tested it would not be any think I could have got my hands on
