31-1-2023 , yesterday was a good day they kept the pain down so I was able to potter around
I like cook in sauce but the jar are to big for one person so I all ways cook 3 chicken thighs and freeze 2 yesterday I did it a diffrent way by cooking 3 chicken thighs in the air fryer and then putting sauce on them and freezing them it means the sauce will be cooked for the first time when I use them
and it all so means I have meals to use when I do not feel up to much
