10--3-2023 when I tryed to gey out of bed at 7am she shot me through my heel so I got back in to bed and the only reason I am in my chair is because they are comimg to sort out the door
she wanted me to give my word that I would not post again because in the past when I have given it I have not broken but now I understand how foolish that was so now I will not give it
The only way they can stop me posting is by stopping what they are doing
If to day they stop causing me pain to my feet I would not have any thing to post tomorrow only what I had done through the day
the first time they did this to me when I was looking after a lady called Mrs Lilly
they use to do this to slaves to stop them running away
