7-3-2023 Which one of these is causing me pain to day
the man on duty has just said they are casuing me so much pain to take the heat of the woman instead of joining them they should have told them to stop but had they done that they would not have been able for fill there own need
yesterday I posted on our family what's app group that I had gout yet again and post a pic of my foot now all of my family know my foot is swollen and painful they all so think I am taking pain killer ever 4 hours so will expect my foot to start looking better in the next few days they will also expect me not to be in pain -what they will not expect is it to look worse this morning should I post it or that I can not walk and end up in hospital this is what happens when you have people on duty who do not understand that when I pretened they have to stop or give themselves away
