15-5-2023 had quite a good day yesterday - there is a time for ever thing and some times plans have to be taken in small foot steps
When Daphne came the other day I told her I had a chest infection and the nurse who came gave me some thing to clear it up so my breathing would get better - so when I went for lunch they could not target my chest and when I got there I found a seat and no body knew I was there because I was not gasping for breath
The fact of the matter is the came because of the sore behind my knee
I have had a physiotherapy who was coming to help me to walk better to make them leave me alone when I am going for coffee
this way my sister will be happy and I have got a step counter
like I said yesterday there is know reason why I can not walk with out a zimmer
