25-6-2023 When torture become routine it because pointless
every night when I get in to bed they make me cough and rape me for no other reason then that is what they do it is pointless it is not to make me do what ever, if it is to stop me going to sleep it is not working because when I go to bed I have a game of card and what they do stop me from playing so I just go to sleep
they have only ever had one plan and they thought I would be dead by 2007 at there hands and when your plan has gone you have nothing left
what they are doing now is in the faint hope that I die and they will be off the hook
