7-7-2023 what are they up to now they are making me suspicious

7-7-2023 yesterday they more or less left me alone all day which make me very suspicious and puts me on edge

crying because of the pain they are causing me 

my hair is been twisted with there weapon

and the man on duty said they have to keep me in pain
