9-7-2023 Locking in the cream and loosing the plot

 9-7-2023 I am not having a good start to the day - I am fed up been told how to look after my legs 

I have been looking after them since 2011 when they caused sore to mt leg they get very dry because the target them with heat and at the moment they are very dry when I ask them to put on mpre cream they tell me I don't need it what I have been doing is puting on one lot and rubbing it in then another lot and then put on Comfiast on  when I told the nurse what I did she said they called it locking in the cream -- any way I have just told the care worker to leave she started to say it is not how much you put on well it is in my case 

9-7-2023 time 8-22am the woman on duty is raping me with what I call the bull dog clip one day s                                                           some one will ask her why 

the white bits are dry skink if it gose on they will turn in to sore and all will be lost because they are hard to heal up
