2-8-2023 run on empty

1-8-2023 last night was dreadful and there was no let up this morning how I am getting through the night I do not know and the fact I am still on my feet at 8-44pm is some thing of a miracle at the moment I am running on empty 

some time thing are so bad that they can not be put in to words

the pain they use on my leg is painful how ever much they turn it down

if this clamp was on my leg the first turn would be painful it feels like they have turned it until

they could not turn it any more 

the pain they cause is horrendous the other thing they do when they think they have taken it to far is at first they try and say sorry and say they hope I will forgive them

then they pretend that they are been told off and was told not to do it when all it is them telling lies yet again after all if they were realy been told off they would stop doing it 

they think I am as stupid as they thought I was and I am not 

there was not a lot of change to day so did not take a measurement
