28-1-2024 they kept me awake most of the night by causing me pain to my big toe on my left foot I have had the nail removed because they targeted for all most a year , I can not tell you how painful it is and hard it is for me to walk at the moment
she said it was to make me compliant but as I was in bed and no demands were made of me I think the only reason she was doing it was to fill her boots
to my way of thinking had it been to make me do there bidding they would have given me a short burst and said they would do it if i did not do as they ask they have lost it as a threat
I will add that even if they had done what I have just said I still would not have done there bidding
