2024 Retaliation and punishment

5-2-2-24 time 6-57, I watched a program that made me think about my own situation and what was happening world wide 

when they target me I find away to retaliation and then they case me more pain as a punishment and so it goes on with out end

They have been making me pee and not giving me enough time to get to the loo they do this because they can they have been doing it for so long that I have for gotten when it started

what I can tell you is when they have increased what they are doing they say we have got away with it and turn it all put a bit more 

so I try and try and retaliation and so it goes on 

Because I have gone back to using small pads the woman on duty has made pee twice and I have had to wash my knickers and pants 

Ever time I get up to go to the kitchen they target me some where, Legs back and and any place you can think of 

In some ways by putting an end to the bladder thing I am doing them a favour because they can say they stopped when they relized how it was effecting me 

I wish I had done this a lot soon and thing would not have got of hane as much
