what i do not understand how one day I can weight 20 stone and 10 pounds
and the next it is 21 and 13 pounds
the only explanation is that the two woman on duty put weight on me
I have know for some years the can weight to things what I don't np is how they do it
I keep looking for pattern numbers
and when I find them I will add them to the ones I have all ready found
23 of June
this is day two of me changing what I eat,
it is not easy -I am all so trying to get rid of fluid
to day my weight was 20stone 10 pounds
