when I crave food I all ways look up to find out why

eggs are not not my go to food

but for the last few night I have wanted to eat eggs at night time

I all ways have a yoghurt with a 1/4 of a teaspoon of flack seed in it 

and a glass of milk to take my pills with

so last night was a feast

I am going to have to get some vitamin D pills

I keep a record ever day of how much fluid I have and how

much I wee it seams never ending

I was in bed and a sleep and they woke me up yet again by causing senstion to my legs that make them jump and swell up

they were using the same sensation on this man as they use on me

they have been targeting my groin on the 2nd and it is still sore

my left one will be worse because after they did my right side they started on the left 

because I can not take a pic of that side 

I keep a record ever day of what I drink and how much fluid 

I get rid of - it started because when I could not pee they ask me ever time how much I did the

last time some thing no body knows 

I am trying to see if the flack seed is making me bleed

when I looked up how much you need to take they said 4 tablespoons 

I take a 1/4 of a teaspoon

I am not very well at the moment and am struggling to get through the day 

I have not been to coffee morning because when I do it makes me bleed even more

this is what the have done to my groin

and still are 

I am waiting for an appointment from the hospital because I am bleeding from 

my back passage all of the time 

this has not stopped them form targeting me groins or any where eles

I got this brusie in hospital
