Method 

 you can have cameras in your house that will send you a picture to any country that you go to, 

weapons are getting smaller and can be used by remote control, drones prove this point all to well, 

we are use to seeing people with I pods and phone and think nothing of it, these play things have become very sophisticated and can be used to operate weapons

we have cameras as small as a finger tip, ordinary people stand no change of finding them in there home unless they take ever thing strip back the walls and you would not find them, 

could the unit below operate a weapon i would think so
