18-1-2019 time 7-55 am I have had a frightening night because they have have been targeting my neck and when they have done this before they have done it until I was gasping for breath if it come to that again I will just call 999 so they can hear me dying breath -it fells like some one has a rope around your neck wonder if that is how it will look if they over step the mark as they call it
when I went to the doctor they targeted there blood pressure thing and it made it look as if it were 210 so they have put me on pills I do not think I need so have not been taken them
