last night they woke me 3 times and each time they tried to keep me awake by causing pain to my toes I know this may sound strange but by the morning I forget just what they have done to me
made these today page 46 I did try and scan the recipe but it has not come out so good as you can see will try again
I am trying to maintain my interest in food because of the helicobactor I never wanted to eat and have to set an alarm to remind me or I think I could go for ever with out eating
