This is a record of my legs over the last few week and what a task it has been to get even this far,
they are still playing what they call there joke ever time I put my legs up they cause pain to them until I put them down because they are trying to undo the good work having my legs on a wedge has all night
I have just gone out a watered my plants and the woman on duty targeted my back so I could not get my foot on the step had I had fallen god knows what would have happened
I have been getting up at 6-30ish having a cup of water when showering and watering the plants while the back is cool this morning they targeted my head so I could not get out of bed because they thought it would be to late for me to do at 8-30 when they woke me again, I the plants were watered as planed the sun dose not come around the back until midday
What they do is both childish and pointless
the officer on duty said had they thought of it and got me to do it they would have been happy had they thought of it I would never have done it - I will not be made compliant to people who I regard to be a disgrace to humanity
I took this when they were causing pain to my knees
