all I can say is a thank you to Annabel her cup cake are wonderful and a life save for me I have Helicobactor and it stop you eating you have to force feed your self ever day so I have been looking for different things to eat to keep my self interested and that are light bites and found these cup cake, with helicobacter you feel full all of the time and would not wish it on any one, if you are peeping at this make sure you try and eat 3 time a day how ever much you do not want to, I have come across people who are only eating ever three or four days and then making them selves sick do not do this
I find I am better off with stews and casseroles
I have been putting seed in my cake because I think they are good for you but not when they are been used against you
