6-1-19- time 2-43 am - I had trouble going back to sleep the last time they woke me up - I for got to take a pic at 1 am but they are targeting me ever hour and not for the fist time this week - I am so angry that if one of them knocked on my door right now I would punch them on the nose - I am going to make a drink then go back to bed wonder how many more pic I will take before the night is over there are two brave men on duty who are targeting my private parts time 2-47 am
got up at 8-30 and would love to go back to bed but I don't think it is good for you and I feel I would be giving in if I did that - have not had a shower yet but will get around to have put my ham and pea soup on my sister gave me some ham - we all love a home made soup in my family my dad use to make some good soups - we were luck with my mum and dad they never had a lot of money but they buy a neck of lamb and cook it to perfection we never had a badly cooked meal and my mum's hotpot was to die for
