Paten Report phase 3 - Pain the Objective - WhatDoTheyKnow I asked a question under the freedom of infomation act please read their response, they have applyed section 14 to not answering my question, this is what they have said, it is belived in answering this request it is likely to cause distress, disruption or irritation with out proper or justified cause, it gose on to say that I am harassing them by asking question - it is nothing to what they are doing to me
