86 Letter to Hogan Howe my legs and making the police compliant

my leg is very swollen and sore this morning - they never ask me to do anything for them other then trying to get me out of bed and I get up when I feel  like it, 

I think the Metropolitan police wanted a unit that was compliant to there wishes and would do what ever no question ask and now they have it,
