they are still causing me pain to my leg and it is quite bruised at the moment, have only been out once since I came out of hospital so feel a bit feed up,
the housing people are coming to look at the flat next week so then I can go ahead with the exchange the thing that is driving me mad is putting the rubbish out, I have to wait for someone to come to take it for me, so that problem will go away when I move and if they bring me down outside as long as I have my phone I should be OK
