205 Letter to Hogan Howe - Psycho cop overreacts & attacks wheelchair bound man at detox centre

I have just watched this on facebook the office on duty said it was disgraceful that the policeman in this video beat up a man in a wheelchair - this from a policeman who has done the same thing to me ever second of ever day for year, this is the problem because they are doing it with non-lethal weapons they do not see it as the same thing but it is, the pain they cause me is as painful and at times even  more painful then been punished
