An act of defiance is when I get out of bed to turn the alarm of and then go and put the kettle on before I have a peep before I go to the loo when they have been targeting me to go because it make them feel in inadequate then they are already, while I was washing my private parts the man on duty said he targeted me there to show me that he is not afraid of me, so let's us get this in to perspective I am 68 and have no weapons and am a sitting duck so to speak
