314 Letter to Hogan Howe 4-2-15- the 21 day rule explained

he thought I was a sleep so he explained the 21 day rule to who ever - it is like a rolling contract the 21 days starts from  the day we are on, if they get arrested they only want the last 21 days taken in to consideration as it goes they will have the book thrown at them -  the only problem with this is from my point of view is they can not be trusted so what if they were tipped the wink and stopped then they were arrested - I will leave it there
