597 letter to Hogan Howe 4-11-15- why do my eyes tell me one thing and my head another

I keep putting the the 5 and 9 the wrong way round and when I look at it I can see it is wrong but still do it - I have all ways had trouble with numbers my eyes see one thing and my head see something different
