Got in to bed last night and made only one video because I could not keep my eye open there is a sound they play in my ear and it just make me sleep better then a sleeping pill - I put the phone down to get comfy and pressed the button on the phone by mistake so there is nothing on it only a pic of a blue light - how many time they woke me up in the night I do not know but just got up and went to the loo and fell asleep again -
