The woman on duty at 1 pm caused me so much pain to my back I could not eat my lunch
she said she was doing it to make me eat
time 9-59 pm
the woman on duty has just said she is punishing me with extreme sensation because I changed TV channels and she wanted it on BBC2 and I went over to 19
