they started causing me pain at 5am and did not stop until I got out of bed because they were making me feel ill

she said she was doing it to make me have a shower something I do ever day unless 

they are targeting me in some way. I have a small step to go in to the shower and have to come out backwards, I worry thay she will shot at the back of my knee and make me fall, 

they have shot me there before and so far I have not fallen but the day will come
