still feel under the weather I have no get up and go- yesterday morning on the breakfast show
BBC 1 they were talking about sleep and the expert said a power nap in the day is good and to have it early and only for about half an hour - now when I fall a sleep they keep waking me and saying it is what was said on the TV so now I am not getting any sleep day or night of an quality
