I brought this mini bike from Argos to try and help with my legs the lady who lives over the road from me said they were good and it might help, I can only do it slowly and am trying to do 100 steps at a time but I think it is working as my leg has gone down by 8cm it was 78cm it is now 70- it makes me breathless and takes me a while -I wish it had a reading I could print out may be one day they will do one who knows
