I have had no sleep yet again and in the end got up at ten to six and had some thing to eat
I have to say it is a beautiful morning the sun is out the kind of morning that if you were on a boat you would cruise down the canal and find a quite stop and just enjoy the day
that is what I use to do until they robbed me of my life
