19-4-17 Letter to Hogan Howe- there is no end to there spitfulness

this morning I had trouble opening my eye and had to spit on my finger and kind of massage it to get it to open

 I feel as though there is a film over my eyes all of the time and started cleaning my glasses all of the time and holding them up to the light to see there was nothing on them when I took this pic you can see a white thing over my eye it has been caused by them trying to make me compliant by trying to blind me
