Get out of bed was an effort as was bathing and getting dressed, I have not felt as low as this physically for along time - I feel I could just stay in bed and do nothing but would not be good for either, not sure what will be at the moment if I feel no better by next week will have to go to the doctor,s and see what he has to say about my health
