305 Letter to Hogan Howe
Yesterday I was asked why I post Letter to Hogan Howe it is because when he was appointed the head of the Metropolitan police he said that he was the boss and the buck stopped with him, This started before he was appointed and as a new broom he should have put a stop to it instead of caring on with what is a criminal act, I hold him and Boris Johnson responsible for what is going on in the Met
