340 Lettter to Hogan Howe 3-3-15-life is full of disappointment no blood clot

Been for a Scan to see if I had a blood clot and was told I had a wonderful flow, it has made me happy but am fed up with listening to the sobs of police office on duty who thought they were rid of there problem
