socks and rape one when they were targeting me they made me bleed and the nearest thing I had to had was a pair of socks so up some cram on and put them around my groin, what I did not relies at the time was that when they did this to to it left a trace of yellow and found it showed up so when they start I wedge a sock in there and it stop them, I have found out over the year that what eave they target you with leaves a trace - they are like burgles who leave finger prints
